All content on 397pk — including but not limited to text, articles, editorial copy, guides, images, icons, layout design, colour schemes, typography choices and underlying source code — is the exclusive intellectual property of 397pk or its licensors, and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

No content from this Platform may be reproduced, adapted, distributed, publicly displayed, sold or otherwise used for commercial purposes without the prior written authorisation of 397pk. Requests for content licensing or reproduction may be submitted to our contact address.

The 397pk name, logo and associated brand elements are proprietary. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title or interest in or to 397pk's trademarks, service marks or branding, and you may not use them without prior written consent.
